These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you", "User") and Xamio Tech Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and our "Stockwise AI" software (collectively, the "Service").

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.
Stockwise AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides inventory management, sales tracking (POS), invoicing, and customer management (khatta). The Service is provided on a subscription basis as detailed on our website's pricing page.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
a) Plans: We offer various subscription plans (e.g., Free, Starter, Growth, Enterprise) as detailed on our pricing page.
b) Payments: All payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Paddle. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of Paddle.
c) Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service, including your inventory data and your customers' information ("User Data"). We will not sell, share, or use your User Data for any purpose other than to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in Pakistan regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
The Service itself, including all software, text, graphics, and logos (excluding your User Data), is the property of Xamio Tech Solutions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
In no event shall Xamio Tech Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
