Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy for 'Stockwise AI' subscriptions.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your 'Stockwise AI' paid subscription at any time.

  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (e.g., until the end of the month you have already paid for).
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • To cancel, you must contact our support team directly.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. However, because we provide a fully functional "Free" plan, we strongly encourage all users to test our software thoroughly before upgrading to a paid plan.

Due to the digital nature of the service and the availability of the Free plan, we generally do not offer refunds on subscription fees that have already been paid.

Exceptions: A refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis *only* under the following condition:

  • If you upgraded to a paid plan and are experiencing a critical, verifiable technical issue that prevents you from using the core features of the software, AND
  • Our technical team is unable to resolve this issue for you within 72 hours (3 working days) of you reporting it.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.

3. Refund Processing (Mandatory for Paddle)

This section fulfills Paddle's Requirement 2e.

If a refund request is approved by the Xamio Tech Solutions team, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (e.g., the card or account used via Paddle).

Refund Turnaround Time: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. This processing time is dependent on the bank and payment gateway.

4. How to Request (Cancellation or Refund)

All requests for cancellations or refunds MUST be sent in writing to our customer support team.
