Shipping & Delivery Policy

How you receive your 'Stockwise AI' access.

1. Service Delivery (Digital Product)

Xamio Tech Solutions provides a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, "Stockwise AI". There is no physical shipping of any CD, box, or hardware.

All delivery is done electronically via email to the email address you provide during the subscription and payment process.

2. Delivery Timeline

This timeline is mandatory for Safepay (Requirement 2d).

Access to your Stockwise AI account is provisioned (set up) almost instantly after a successful payment is confirmed by our payment gateway (Safepay).

You will receive a "Welcome Email" with your account details. Please allow up to 1 hour for this email to arrive in your inbox after successful payment. This timeframe accounts for any potential delays between the payment gateway and our server.

3. The Welcome Email

Your Welcome Email will contain:

  • Your unique login link to the Stockwise AI platform.
  • Your username (usually your registered email).
  • A temporary password to log in for the first time.

4. If You Don't Receive the Email

If you have not received your Welcome Email within 1 hour of your successful payment, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your email's "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
  2. If the email is not there, please contact our support team immediately.
